About Me

Hi, my name is Sony and I’m the maker behind these pieces.

My journey into jewelry started after I went to a rock, gem, and mineral show with a friend. I was immediately fascinated by all the different minerals and loved how each stone looked beautiful in its own way. I kept going to more shows and my curiosity about stones just kept growing.

At one of those shows, I watched a woman turn a simple cabochon stone into a finished pair of earrings. Seeing that process really inspired me, and soon after I signed up for jewelry classes at a local art school to learn how to make my own pieces.

Fast forward a few years, and I’ve learned how to solder different types of metal, work with cloisonné, cab and polish many beautiful stones, facet gemstones, and create one-of-a-kind pearl jewelry.

What I love most about jewelry making is creating something beautiful that someone can wear and enjoy. My hope is that each piece brings a little bit of joy and happiness to the person wearing it.
